inner-flow pressure screen
Mainly suitable for wood pulp, straw pulp and waste paper pulp manufacturing. It is usually used as a screening device for paper machines.
Advantages
- Using the method of inner flow treatment, large particles are far away from rotor and sieve tube under centrifugal action.
- The rotor is mounted outside the sieve. The wide quality of the pulp outlet causes the pulse to be reduced rapidly.
- Adding impurity separation before pulp screening can get better pulp, reduce energy consumption and strength treatment, and the raw material of coarse fiber can be fully screened.
