Development of ZNH series multi-disc vacuum filter

First generation product 

Our multi-disc vacuum filter was produced in the mid-1970s. At that time, in industrialized countries, multi-disc vacuum filters were just emerging, and they are still at the leading level. At that time, the structure of the trough was a reinforced concrete structure, and the structure of key components such as the main shaft and the filter disc was also rough. The performance and reliability of the first generation of products is unsatisfactory from today's perspective. Moreover, the trough body of the reinforced concrete structure is not suitable for the user's installation and use. The first generation of our company has only one specification of 35 square meters and the diameter is 2.5 meters. 

Second generation product 

From the mid-1980s to the mid-1990s, we listened to the opinions of the users on the shortcomings of the first generation products and carried out a series of improvement work. This time, the main structure of the reinforced concrete is changed into a steel structure. The original bulk is changed from the original bulk to the whole structure, which greatly facilitates the installation and use of the user. At the same time, the spindle, filter plate, washing net, stripping and other parts have been improved to different degrees, so that the reliability of the equipment has been improved. The second generation is available in 35, 70 and 100 square meters with a diameter of 2.5 meters.

Third generation product 

In 1997, the company set up a special technology development company for this product, aiming at the international advanced level, and improved the multi-disc filter. In the white water recovery, the closed cycle of the water in the papermaking workshop is achieved, and the product structure is more convenient for the user to install and use. At the same time, it is combined with users and based on experimental data, a multi-disc filter is opened for the field of slurry concentration. The third generation of products is developed and shaped into four major diameter series of 2.5, 3.5, 4.5, and 5.5 meters, and dozens of specifications and varieties, which can meet the needs of different customers at home and abroad. The largest factory has a 3.5-meter disk diameter of 25 disks, a 5.5-meter disk diameter of 22 disks, and a filtering area of 834 square meters. In addition to meeting the domestic market, it is also exported to Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand and other Southeast Asian countries. After years of development and improvement, it has now fully replaced the level of imported equipment, and has become the market leader in domestic multi-disc vacuum filters.

Fourth generation product 

In November 2014, the company established a filtration technology division based on this product, integrating marketing, product development, manufacturing and after-sales service. Based on the original ZNH series, combined with years of design, manufacturing experience and user feedback, ZNH25a1, 35a1, 45a1, 55a1 four series of built-in distribution valve multi-disc vacuum filter, ZNH35, 45 two series. The filter disc can be equipped with a filterless fan plate. The successful operation of ZNH**a1 series built-in distribution valve multi-disc vacuum filter (without filter fan plate) marks the company's ZNH series multi-disc vacuum filter entering the fourth generation. The ZNH65 series multi-disc vacuum filter is currently under development.
